Member Biography

Richard Grant Managing Partner PricewaterhouseCoopers

Education: BS Business, State University at Oswego;MS Accounting, University at Albany

Professional responsibilities:Rich is responsible for providing assurance and business advisory services for clients in the financial services, technology, life sciences and manufacturing industries.  For nearly thirty years he has brought a businessman's approach to providing professional services.   

Rich has worked on numerous M&A transactions, public stock offerings, debt offerings, private placements and has significant experience in financial accounting, reporting, and regulatory matters.  He has also led internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing engagements.  

Community Involvement:Rich has worked on many community and civic activities and served on boards such as The Capital Repertory Theatre, Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce and the University at Albany School of Business Advisory Council. 
He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State, Massachusetts and Vermont Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
