Mission

To develop technologically sophisticated, ethical, globally-oriented leaders. We accomplish this by providing high quality business education and advancing knowledge through scholarly and applied research and by engaging effectively with alumni and the business and academic communities. We also offer innovative and distinctive niche programs and experiential learning opportunities, in collaboration with campus and corporate partners. These programs provide our students with a competitive edge in the job market.

Vision

To enhance our standing as an innovative, research-oriented, student-focused business school that provides unique opportunities for experiential learning and career development. We aspire to continue our upward rise in reputational rankings, as well as maintain our national leadership in the application of information technology to accounting, business, and human resource management. We aspire to be in the top tier of business schools at public research universities in the Northeast and in the top 50 nationally.
