School of Business Sponsors International e-HRM Conference at SUNY Global Center
Management professor Janet Marler is organizing and chairing the Fifth Annual International e-HRM Conference, convening international scholars, human resource information technology business leaders and consultants to discuss how organizations derive value from human resource management information technology and electronic human resource management.
Dr. Marler will also present research with Alexia Martin, Senior Vice President, Research and Analytics at CedarCrestone on "Proving the Value of HR Technologies: History, Current Directions, and Welcoming Academics into Our Conversation.” The pair has previously collaborated on research using data from the 2013 CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey
Dr. Richard Johnson, School of Business Management Department Chair, will be participating on a panel of international academic scholars addressing the future of electronic human resource management scholarship.
