Sharing his insights on optimizing your chances for success, Jonathan Rochelle ’85 has hands-on knowledge on the many ways to innovate - he co-founded, built, and sold two technology start-ups.  ITK Solutions, a technology focused consulting firm and 2Web Technologies, a software product company which developed the XL2Web product.  2Web Technologies was acquired by Google as the technology behind Google spreadsheets, which launched in 2006 as the first component of what became Google Docs.

Jonathan Rochelle ’85 is a co-founder of the Google Docs product and is now Director of Product Management for Google Apps, primarily responsible for Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sites and Google Apps Script.

Prior to joining Google in 2005, Jonathan co-founded, built, and sold two technology start-ups - ITK Solutions, a technology focused consulting firm, and 2Web Technologies, a software product company which developed the XL2Web product. 2Web Technologies was acquired by Google as the technology behind Google spreadsheets, which launched in 2006 as the first component of what became Google Docs.

Before founding the start-ups, Jonathan spent 16 years as a software engineer and applications development manager, primarily at JP Morgan & Co., working across a broad set of financial service businesses. He's a strong advocate of cloud computing, technology startups and anything creative.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and business administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
