Introduction

I am Lauriana Gaudet, born and raised in Portland, Maine. For my Ph.D. work, I am working with Dr. Kara Sulia on improving ice microphysics within numerical cloud models. In the spring of 2016, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences at Lyndon State College. During my time in Vermont, I regularly went skiing with my friends at our local mountain. In addition to this, I was very involved in the Climate Change Communication group that went around to local elementary and middle schools and taught students about the science and implications of climate change. In my free time, I love to read, sing, and go to exercise classes.
