Student Connections

The UAlbany Alumni Association is committed to creating connections between students and alumni. Our goal is to offer services and programs that enhance your experience at UAlbany and prepare you for success when you graduate.

The Association offers a variety of ongoing student programs as well as special events throughout the year. Apply for a scholarship, paticipate in Dinner with a Dozen Danes, become a Purple & Gold Student Ambassador or take advantage of opportunities to network with alums here in Albany and around the worldthrough AlumNet: UAlbany's Career Network

AlumNet is an online database of UAlbany alumni who can provide valuable connections and information on job search strategies, specific companies, industry trends and professional organizations. Search by job type, job title, key words, area of expertise or even company name. Search by city or around the world.  Students can access the network through the Career Services Office.

Simply make an appointment with a Career Services counselor to learn how to use the system, and you now have a global network of alumni at your fingertips. Make a connection – you never know when it will pay off!
