Tutors are responsible to work their scheduled hours |

and to complete duties as assigned.
|
| 2. |
Tutors are responsible for assisting students with any |
|
homework and school assignments.
|
| 3. |
Tutors must contact the Program Coordinator |
|
immediately, if any ongoing behavioral problems occur, or if any situations arise that involve dismissing a student from the program for the day. Tutors must also contact the Program Coordinator or Graduate Assistant if any problems issues arise.

| 4. |
Tutors are responsible for making sure all student sign |
|
in and out daily.
|
| 5. |
Tutors are expected to sign in and attend any pertinent |
|
staff meetings that may arise throughout the semester/academic year.
|
| 6. |
Tutors should be stellar students in good academic |
|
standing (i.e. must not be on academic probation). Tutors should maintain a cumulative B- average or better.
|
| 7. |
Tutors are expected to behave in a professional |
|
manner while in the capacity of his/her tutoring duties. Tutors will commit to protecting he integrity of the program and should REFRAIN from: |

A. Using offensive/profane language, |
| B. Engaging in unnecessary physical contact, |
| C. Dressing inappropriately, |
| D. Visiting FACEBOOK.com, MYSPACE.com, and/or similar websites, and |
| E. Using cellular phones during tutoring sessions. |

| 8. |
Failure to comply with these procedures will result in: |
| |
A. First Offense- meeting with Graduate Assistant |
| B. Second Offense- meeting with a verbal warning from Program Coordinator |
| C. Third Offense-dismissal or termination |
