Case Studies of
Higher-Performing High Schools

A national research project has profiled a sample of ten New York high schools whose students have performed consistently well for at least three years compared to students in similar high schools. In these schools, students scored better than students in similar schools on New York State’s secondary school assessments from 2003-2005. The ten schools profiled are:

Greene Central SD, Greene HS
 

 
Honeoye Falls - Lima Central SD, Honeoye Falls - Lima HS

South Kortright Central SD, South Kortright HS
 

 
Warrensburg Central SD, Warrensburg Jr.-Sr. HS
 

 
White Plains City SD, White Plains HS
