Based on its previous research and development with
teachers, the Center on English Learning and Achievement
(CELA) has developed a web-based guide to professional
development in literacy: Partnership
for Literacy WebGuide. Developed first with
and for middle school teachers, the guide has since
been piloted with high school teachers with support
from the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations. It is now
ready for use by teachers, administrators, and literacy
coaches across the grades and disciplines.
