Preventing and Treating Alcohol-Related Problems

Several grants support the University Counseling Center’s efforts to develop and test approaches to preventing alcohol-related problems. These projects and programs include peer-assisted interventions, expanding treatment for high-risk drinkers, and Screening and Brief Interventions (SBI) for athletes and high-risk first-year students.
