Institute for Basic Research in Developmental Disabilities

The Institute for Basic Research in Developmental Disabilities is the research component for the NYS Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. The associated Center for Aging and Developmental Disabilities offers training for professionals, a clinic, studies of dementia in persons with developmental disabilities, and training on end-of-life care.

International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual Disabilities

The International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual Disabilities is an international and interdisciplinary scientific organization that promotes worldwide research and exchange of information on intellectual disabilities.
