About Erica:

Erica earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University. After working at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders in Boston, Erica moved to Albany to begin work on her Ph.D. in the SUNY Albany Clinical Psychology graduate program. Her interests include the etiology, maintenance, and treatment of panic, PTSD, and associated anxiety disorders. She is also interested in evaluating the relative efficacy of cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In her spare time, she enjoys playing in Washington Park and being mauled by her dog Cole.

Current Project(s):

Erica is completing her pre-doctoral internship and directing her dissertation project titled "A Comparison of Acceptance and Cognitive Restructuring Techniques for Coping with Acute Panic"
