The Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs serves as the university's chief academic officer to insure excellence across the full range of the academic mission. That includes working with deans and faculty in the university's schools and colleges, and guiding both the undergraduate and the graduate areas of study. It also includes oversight of the areas that support the academic mission, such as admissions and enrollment, academic advisement and support services, the registrar, the libraries, faculty development, international education, institutional research, program effectiveness, and others that contribute to the success of our students and faculty.
