A win for the University and a win for the region!
While I am enormously appreciative of the State’s past and future capital investments in the University, including the NanoCollege, I am certain that our inclusion in these negotiations is crucial to the future vitality of our University and our region as a whole.
I look forward to discussing with you the University’s exciting expansion and development plans, which leverage the flexibilities and autonomies incorporated in the UB 2020/SUNY Empowerment legislation.
This is a transformative moment in UAlbany’s history. I urge you to include all four University Centers in the May Summit.
Thank you for your support of the University at Albany and the Capital Region.
