Research Interests:

Working on a theoretical model for critical thickness of GaN grown on Si (111)
Incorporation of GaN devices grown on Si(111)

Biographical Sketch:

I was born in Rochester, NY on March 1^st 1988. I attended SUNY Geneseo for my undergrad, where I majored in physics and minored in math. After undergrad I was accepted to The College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering and started here in July of 2010 under the advisement of Dr. Shahedipour-Sandvik. I am a huge sports fan and in my free time I enjoy playing sports and watching TV.
