At Formal Recruitment all Potential New Members will receive a packet of information (which will be later posted on this website for those who were unable to attend Formal Recruitment). One of the pages in the packet will be labeled "Preferences". Potential New Members will be asked to fill out this sheet and hand it in no later than 12:00pm on Thursday, February 8, 2007. *Potential New Members are encouraged to hand in their Preferences as soon as possible. It is important to hand this in, so that you can be involved in the end of Formal Recruitment.
For example: Potential New Member 1 (PNM1) chooses Alpha Alpha Alpha, Beta Beta Beta, and Gamma Gamma for her Preferences, however, PNM1 only receives Preferences from Gamma Gamma and Alpha Alpha Alpha, PNM1 will only be invited to attend the Preference Ceremonies of Gamma Gamma and Alpha Alpha Alpha.
*If you did not attend Recruitment on Saturday, January 28, 2007, then you did not receive this sheet. Here is a copy: Preference Sheet
