What is the UAlbany Panhellenic Association?
When you join one of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities at UAlbany, you also become a member of the Panhellenic Association. The UAlbany Panhellenic Association is the umbrella organization for the NPC sororities chartered at UAlbany, and is responsible for organizing activities of mutual concern and interest to all the sororities on campus. At the University at Albany, there are 9 PanHellenic sororities, 7 of which are inter/national and 2 that are local. Like each student at UAlbany, each sorority is different in their own way. The best way to find out if joining Greek Life is for you, is to come to Rush in either the Fall or Spring semesters and meet all 9 sororities face to face. For more information about Rush, please see the Recruitment page.

Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.

We, as Fraternity Women, stand for service through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
